In this episode, I talk about one of my favorite topics in the realm of sport and performance – comparison. Believe it or not, comparison can be a tool that helps us, not hurts us. It takes a lot of self-awareness and mental re-framing, but once you unlock that skill you’re going to be left feeling content in your accomplishments and eager to see what’s waiting for you on the horizon.
